Yoga Instructor and Health Coach Joanna Ducey is giving a series of donation-based presentations about various subjects in health and wellness now through mid-March. Monday presentations begin at 5:15, after which Joanna will lead a “Slow Flow” yoga class. Friday meetings will start at 1pm directly following “Gentle Forrest” at noon. Interested participants can sign up for FREE health history consultations with Joanna, and are also eligible to receive a 10% discount on all 6-month programs.
